Referral Program does not seem to work

Hi my friend sent me an email invite to Fiverr and I bought a gig that has now been completed. That was over three days ago and she has not received any email since my gig has been completed that she has gotten anything from my gig as on her profile it still only shows up that i have registered and not competed my gig.

Is there something that I need to do or she needs to do?
