Be sincere about fraud buyer

There are few buyers who are really fraud and unnecessary. How can I recognize them…Please let me know freinds…How can you recognize those fraudulent buyers

Buyers who commit fraud:

• Target sellers who under charge

• Target sellers whose English is poor

• Ask for work that is out of scope

• Promise regular work, referrals and great reviews if you do extra work for free or for a discount
