Public DNS server issue

I hope everybody doing very well. I AM IN PROBLEM. On my laptop, I am not able to browse Pinterest. A video gives me a solution. But here a little bit of confusion this video says me, go to laptop click setting and click network and internet setting then click,change adapter setting then click choose internet connection like wifi then click general Then click properties then click scroll down then click *choose internet protocol version 4 (TCP /IPv4)*then click properties then click use the following DNS server address here input my DNS server address then click validate setting upon nextthen click ok then click close. when I complete this process that changes my internet configuration. if change my Fiverr account fall risk .this kind of change ok from Fiverr end.

By random I mean any DNS server. Do some research and use a safe one. You’re welcome.
