frank_d
That’s how Fiverr works. You can’t change that.Your gig description can be capitalized, but not the title.
picvidpro
In Fiverr gig tittle Only “I” can be capitalize! Example: I will create a flyer. Accept as it is! You cant make the between words or names capitalize in fiverr title! But you can use capital letters in gig description!

You cant make the between words or names capitalize in fiverr title! But you can use capital letters in gig description! Some words can currently be capitalized in gig titles. eg. there’s gigs created this year with “USA” and “UK” and “SEO”, “UX” and “UI” and “PPT” in the gig title that are capitalized. There are some gig titles with a country capitalized (eg. one with England that was probably created in 2014) but they’ve probably changed it now so countries that aren’t an abbreviation like USA can’t be capitalized.

leasean
You can’t do anything since it’s already implemented how Fiverr system works.
sourcify
You can’t do anything since it’s already implemented how Fiverr system works.Just sent them a request to look into it.They asked me to take a 40 question English test before publishing my gig. This is a clear English grammar error.
invaderroxas
I’m no website expert…but this is just how Fiverr works. For whatever reason, this is the way titles are formatted. Sending a request to look into something, as simple and really non-major as this is, isn’t going to do anything. If anything you’re adding another ticket to take up CS’ time when they’re already extremely backed up with requests.
uk1000
Thanks mate, but how is it that “China” is written as “china”.Technically that is wrong. The first letter should be capitalised. It works like that because that’s how they’ve coded it. Maybe because they want the text standardised in some way. Though it would probably have allowed it in 2014 when it seems it worked differently. Maybe some people were doing things like capitalizing the first letter of every word so they changed it to work like this. It’s possible “CHINA” would be accepted by the system but probably they wouldn’t like it when it’s manually being approved.I don’t know whether it work be worth creating a support ticket about it. Maybe it might not be serious enough according to them. Though it is grammatically incorrect to say “china” for the country (like you say) and it will be making Fiverr/the sellers look bad, like a mistake has been made. It’s possible it could be leading to less sales. So from an image/sales perspective it might be worth contacting them, I’m not sure.If they wanted to correct it but not allow all words to have just the first letter capitalized (or something similar) they could, in the code, have a list of all countries and it could check if the word exists in that list before allowing it to be capitalized like that.
mandyzines
I'm trying to post my first editing gig with the word "English" in the title, and it kept making this proper noun lower case. I'm so glad that I found this thread before I deleted the gig and started over.
