uzzal1715 Posted December 17, 2020 Share Posted December 17, 2020 I just created a gig new gig yesterday. It was ranked on the first page. After 2 or 3 hours I got an order from a Top buyer. The order is still going on. But when I check my gig rank, it’s gone now. What’s going on? I couldn’t understand the facts that I was ranked but when I got an order it gone. If you are a new seller algorithm might take you out because they don’t know yet how you will complete that order, if you have enough time to deliver few orders at the same time etc. Simply you don’t have a track record.Secondly you can’t know for a fact that your gig was taken out of search because other people will see your gig on different positions even if you don’t see your gig. lloydsolutions Posted December 17, 2020 Share Posted December 17, 2020 The gig which has an order in the queue has 60 days free support in the gig image as do some other gigs.This is a violation of the Terms of Service at the bottom of the Fiverr main page.Make sure to carefully read the Terms of Service as a violation can risk your account. The amount of orders you process, cancellations, late orders, number of orders in queue, all play a role here.You didn’t lose any rank, the algorithm decided that you got an order, so it’s time for them to promote someone else. They won’t keep you there for a huge amount of time, because there are thousands of other people that deserve a chance too.
