Buyer asking for personal details

The buyer wants to discuss details over a video call. but sharing number or personal details are against Fiverr policies, what should I do?

Just let the buyer know that because of Fiverr policy all contact must be on Fiverr. And don’t share any personal details.

edit: Also don’t say “we can’t contact outside of Fiverr” as “outside of Fiverr” will get flagged (even though it will probably later get approved).

It’s really easy. Stick to FIverr’s terms of service.

As @uk1000 has said, just tell them Fiverr’s terms mean that you can’t chat outside of the platform - explain this is for both your benefits.

One of two things will happen. Either the buyer will thank you as they weren’t aware, or else they will want to cancel the order. Either way, you will be in the right, and if need be you can ask customer support to cancel the order without affecting your stats.
