What is the actual dimensions for fiverr gig's pictures?

fiverr tells you it’s 550*370 but it’s not.

I’ve pictures designed just for fiverr 550*370 but I noticed the height has a problem !

Idk if it’s clear or not but some of the pictures top and bottom is not included the only way to see it, is to go to the gig and click on it(full size) which isn’t the purpose of these pictures
