Hi there,
This buyer has taken advantage of the work I have done for him. He told me to send messages to 4000 people in this whole month and I did that. He was fully satisfied with my work. But on the last day of delivery, he said he wanted to cancel the order. And furthermore, he is asking for revision again and again saying he can play this game forever… Kindly tell me what can I do. I have contacted customer support but they are asking me for a mutual agreement. The buyer is a Scammer he has taken full advantage now refusing to pay.

2 solutions to your problem :

-> Contact CS immediately with screenshots, and explain them your problem. They will assist you, and it seems that this buyer is obviously a scammer, your chance of winning this dispute is pretty high.

-> Do not offer Unlimited Revisions at any rate in the future. This option is nonsensical.

thank you. I have submitted my request to customer support. He is using the modification button again and again. I have mentioned in my gig I only provide 2 revisions. this was a custom offer so, I did not provide him any revision

I’m going to give you a pragmatic answer.

We’ve seen it reported many times in the forum that customer support tell sellers to reach a “mutual agreement” with their buyer. This is of course ridiculous because in so many cases, just like yours, the buyer claims one thing and the seller claims another - and the two parties will never agree.

Unless you can provide customer support with definitive evidence that you have completed the work, then you are unlikely to win. Therefore the pragmatic approach is to cancel the order and move on. Yes, it will hurt your completion stat, your pride, and your income. But this could carry on forever.

Another thought. Sending 4,000 messages to people sounds kind of spammy. Fiverr don’t allow services that deal in spam. If you push this with CS, there is a chance that they could pull your gig and issue a warning. Yes, you do see gigs offering spam services. But just because they exist doesn’t mean they’re allowed, and Fiverr do take them down one by one when they become aware of complaints.
