my name is sohel Rana, a Fiverr seller from Bangladesh. I don’t know huge about the IP issue in Fiverr. I used mobile hotspot data for my Fiverr account. In Bangladesh many company sales mobile data. Those companies build mobile towers and this tower service mobile internet for the customer.

my question is, I don’t know how many Fiverr sellers work in my mobile tower area. I don’t know they are selling the same service as me. because that is a big area. in this situation, what can I do. is it ok for Fiverr end? In my mobile tower area, unfortunately, anyone sales in Fiverr same service as me Fiverr banned my account. please let me know., please remove my confusion.

my second question is when I am going to another mobile tower coverage because sometimes I go to another district. Obviously, I used a new IP under another mobile tower.is it any problem/issue with my Fiverr account?is it ok for Fiverr end? please let me know.
please give me a solution to my 2 questions.

Your service tower is not the reason they were banned. They likely broke the ToS.

Also, no, changing towers alone is no reason for concern.

ok ,you answered me ,I am happy so much .I don’t know huge IP address issue .I know that same IP same service is not allowed .if one mobile tower one IP address (although I am not sure) and so many fiverr seller work same tower ,same IP, same service,then fiverr what to do?
