Hello,

In your email templates, the one that says " While you were busy doing, we went ahead and marked your order as complete. " has the title messed up. Someone copied and pasted wrongly the subject “Great news: You’ve received an order from…”
I suppose the subject should be something like “The order has been completed”

I’ve been observing this issue for around two weeks, I thought someone would fix it but I guess nobody is giving feedback, so here I am.

I’ve already reported that to them on a ticket twice in one ticket from 19th November (twice as they asked to be told if it reoccurred). Though it looks like they still haven’t fixed it. You could create a new support ticket about it to show it’s still incorrect.

They responded that my feedback is very valuable, and proceeded to ignore it.

I was trying to politely state they don’t care.
