You could get banned for trying that route, or even mentioning it to your client.Are these missing features due to your fault? In that case, you shouldn’t have accepted the order, and the buyer is right to receive a full refund. Especially if it’s just $5…I mean at that low of a price, for whatever it is, you need to provide what you advertise. That goes for every sale, but especially for something so bare minimum.Whatever the case may be, discuss options with your buyer. If time is an issue, ask for an extended delivery.
