Well, those who keep parroting the advice of being up 24/7 do not say they are working with a team of people. So, the newbies who come here who do not have a team may take this advice and think they have to stay awake 24 hours a day in order to get any work here.

Also, those who are working as a team should put that in their profiles so the buyers know they are not just working with the guy in the picture.

I think as a new seller try to active 10 to 12 hours per day.

Welcome to Fiverr & Fiverr Forum. First think for yourself what you can do and do a little research on those tasks then think about all those tasks and make a nice gig.

I have never in my almost 8 years here been active more than say 2 to 4 hours.

There are people who will say “be online 24/7” - they probably heard it from some blog or YT channel. It is a lie.

Hello rasel_shibir,

Congress and welcome to Fiverr. I am also a professional WordPress Developer and also working on Fiverr for almost last 2 years. As a WordPress web developer it’s too competitive now working on Fiverr. When I was new as like you, I was lucky enough that I managed some sales asap. But as I already mentioned it’s a competitive niche based service, I try to switch my self as a Shopify Developer to. And I am developing Shopify Drop shipping website through various page builder. And I am getting order. And also working with WordPress too.

I have a tips for you, as you are new follow this tips. Hopefully you will get success asap:

  1. Try to follow other seller who is doing great. See their gig and get an idea what points they included into their gig, what’s the keywords and what type of gig thumbnail they used. But don’t copy anything. Just get the idea from them.

  2. Try to send 10 buyer request regarding your niche. Be specific to the buyer when you will send the request. Try to mention what can you do for them and how your service will help them. Again be specific and be humble when you will write the request.

  3. Try to visit fiverr forum everyday and read the topics. You will get the idea and also get the suggestion

  4. You don’t need to keep active 24 hours on fiverr. You can downloads Fiverr app in your mobile and it will keep remains active.

  5. Try to reply client asap when they will inbox you.

Follow this rules and open 7 different gigs according to you service. And try to share your gigs to social media platform like LinkedIn, twitter and other platform. Keep patient, you will get success.

Always try to be active yourself at Fiverr.

Read the Fiverr forum topic and comment.

Create a meaningful gig and include all of those details that you are skilled in.

Then try to send some buyer requests.

Welcome to the community. Express your service better. Try to provide something unique. Be active. Learn more skills. Do marketing your gig to reach potential customer. Don’t give any service of that you’re not expert on that type of project. Try to understand buyer needs.

Point #2 “Always try to Visit Fiverr Forum and give comments”

This is NOT how you get orders FAST on Fiverr - being active in the forum is not going to get you any brownie points and orders are unlikely - also, unless you are giving comments that have VALUE, your contribution in the forum is just filling space.

Both you and the other guy saying stay online 24 hours a day are regurgitating advice you probably got from some other forum user/newb here or some You Tube/blogger who claimed you could make thousands a month just making logo, Photoshop, virtual assistant, WP or data entry Gigs.

There is NO way to get rich quick here.

First @dalwerrana plagiarized my post in the forum. Now he’s peddling untrue myths about things he doesn’t understand, presumably because he thinks it will get him orders.

I could be wrong, but maybe being honest and skilled is a more effective option.
