Client cancelled the order gave 1.3* rating & fiverr ain't support me not even I can't replay her review

There was a client she ordered on my gig and gave references so I made her website homepage design and after the work is complete I was going to submit the final project. But at that time she cancelled the order and wanted refund from me & she even asked refund with fiverr as well but fiverr didn’t help her so at the end the left 1.3* rating with bad review 1 paragraph & I was trying response her review like she did but It says something went wrong, please try again in a few minutes but nope its been more week please help me what should I do ? I just want to reply her review ?

  • Users are allowed to leave reviews on Orders up to 10 days after an Order is marked as complete. No new reviews may be added to an Order after 10 days.

That review appears to have been published 2 weeks ago.

If you were unable to respond within the 10 day period Customer Support may be able to help you.

I agree it might be because it’s too late (>10 days ago).
Really it shouldn’t let you type in the box/click on the “share response” button if it’s too late maybe. Mine allows me to type in the box and the “share response” button is enabled even for an order that was completed 3 months ago (maybe it would give that error if I actually tried it though).

If it wasn’t that I’d try using Chrome if you haven’t already and reloading the page and re-trying but it’s probably because of the 10 day limit.

Thank you for your response. Can customers support help me to get out from this situation ? I asked asked them to delete the review but they said there was no any violets words so we can delete it okay fine they ain’t delete the review but Can I able to ask them to let me reply her review?
