It told you to go to “Account Overview” not the Resolution Center, so I’m not sure why you’re showing me that page.

You need to include more context instead of just sending screenshots and expecting us to figure it out.

But in the mail they told to choose more menu and to choose the link that takes me to their resolution centre.

Abd there is no problem in resolution centre.
