Stop telling people to do that, please. No one can actually get sales that way unless they are a social media expert.

Marketing on social media is more than just sharing a link to your gig. Most people who do so will only get their gig seen by the people who follow them closely like friends and family. Other people will likely see your links as spam and ignore them.

If you don’t have a plan that goes further than just sharing a link, it will not work for you.
