Order cancelled after two months of delivery

I had 3 orders with a client and all these 3 orders were completed , client even gave 5 star reviews on each order. Suddenly after two months , every order i did with this client got cancelled and fiverr says , money was refunded to Buyer. My client account also got banned. I was able to contact buyer outside fiverr cause we had common friends, he says he doesn’t know why the orders got cancelled, he didn’t got any Money refunded to him. The only thing he knows is his account got banned and both of us don’t know where did the money go cause it was more than 200 dollars.

After this incident. I had to contact him but couldn’t send a message on fiverr cause his account got banned. Luckily, one of my friend had his contact info and after that i contacted him.

Contact outa fiverr is a no no

yes i know but it was my only option cause fiverr CS says we cant help you and my order completion rate also dropped to 29% therefore i had to contact him to clear this mess he created.

Wait, so you are saying that you aware that it is against fiverr terms to contact buyers outside fiverr and by breaking this rule your account might be suspended??

yes i admit that i broke the rule here. but what else i could do after got left with an account of 29% order completion rate and more than 200 dollars in debt., No one was taking responsibility of it, This account is no use for me. Maybe fiverr is not for me.

I just want to know, is the buyer lying to me that he didn’t cancel the orders?
He says he got 3 warnings, account got blocked , don’t know anything about cancellation of orders and didn’t receive any money.
