Fiverr support stated my requests as "solved" without contacting me

My account was recently disabled for a simple misunderstanding. I contacted support 4 times and even after 6 days they’re not responding. I checked my tickets and it says “Solved” under statues of 3 of my tickets and assigned to a random person, and says “open” for my other ticket. I haven’t got an email yet from fiverr support and I’m not sure what to do.
