My account is disabled and I don't know what to do

I moved from Iran to Canada 5 years ago. 6 days ago it asked for my ID verification so I sent my Iranian passport and didn’t think much of it. Almost instantly my account was disabled. I got around 5 orders on my first week of creating my account and had four 5 star reviews. I contacted Fiverr support 4 times and they don’t answer even after 6 days. I don’t know if I should make a new account or wait for a response. I’m also not sure if I can create a new account because I heard Fiverr doesn’t allow you to have more than one account. Am I able to just create a new account because my old one is disabled or should I contact fiverr and ask for permission to make a new account?

You will have to wait for fiverr support to reply on that. It takes them right now 10+ days to reply and sending loads of emails to them just will slow down things even more.

so how long do you think I should wait? because I sent them 4 emails so do I have to wait for more than 10 days?

You can still work on your on-going orders, just not get new ones. If you make a new account you will get permanently banned so your best option is to wait for their reply. I’m sorry this happened to you.

Here is what I would have done when contacting support… Tell then the story you have just posted here then attach both your Iranian and Canadian passport so they can see the story is true

oh ok. But wouldn’t that slow the process even more? because I already sent 4 emails and I heard sending them email multiple times would only slow down the process

You can still work on your on-going orders, just not get new ones. If you make a new account you will get permanently banned so your best option is to wait for their reply. I’m sorry this happened to you.

I don’t have any on going orders at the moment. I also made another account just to be able to contact support but didn’t sign up as a seller. Does that mean I 'm permanently banned?

If they find out, yes. You need to contact them and wait for the reply on the account that got disabled.

Yes that would slow the process, What I think happens is that each time you send a message to support, your question goes to the end of the list, so if you were at no. 2 your question drops to no. 10. For now just wait, if you opened a new account while the other one was suspended then things will get tricky

Is it possible to contact support on my disabled account? and if so how

Yikes… Did you contact support on a new account to help with a suspended one?? Last I checked email was support@fiverr.com

I contacted support from the email that my disabled account was made from but when I click on my ticket, it’s sent from my other account and not the one that I made sells from. This is very confusing and i’m not sure if I can get banned for this
