s far as I can see, the issue is caused by you not having a good phone, which is not their fault.

:roll_eyes: . if this sounds funny, nope it doesnt to me or anyone in my condition. Yea i dont have a good phone and i reckon to use my friend phone as suggested by fiverr.

My phone blurry shouldnt be a topic here anymore as i have rectified it by using my friend phone. the main problem here is why is it taking long for fiverr reply and approval after i have uploaded clear documents following their standard.

The same problem.

If sellers cannot upload and validate their account easily by themselves. Not too cool.

But I’m not here for this talk. All I want is my account validation. Because I know some buyers will contact but it will be disappointing to read “gig not found”.

This notification alone can cause distrust with buyers and lead to losing them.

I’m new on fiverr and I only start receiving orders this month. Which is impressive and encouraging. I dont want this beautiful moment cut off with deletion of my account because of verification I did accordingly.

The approval happens instant via AI. If you havent been verified, verification failed most likely.

AI fail sometimes. This is truth. I just hope technical team will fix this for me on time.

I tweeted fiverr handle yesterday and I was replied that they are on it.
