Account has been restricted after verifying ID failed

Hi,

As topic, I received the notification from Fiverr to verify my identity. I followed the steps with my phone, submitting passport with my picture page and taking a selfie. But the verification kept failed, then I got the mail that my account has been restricted because Fiverr wasn’t able to verify my identity after multiple attempts. 🙃 And I still don’t know why I got restriction after submitting everything the verification need.

I am now having some active orders and one is already delivered today. I don’t know if I can get the payment when my account is restricted. Does anyone know about this…? 😔

And I just have contacted CS team for the restriction issue, does anyone know when they will help me to active my account and deal with the restriction issue…?

Did you have to do anything else after contacting them, for them to recover your account?

Hey, sorry now only I saw this.
First of all for the ID verification its recommended to use an apple phone to capture photos.

So regarding what you asked, after the verification failed and my account got restricted I contacted the customer support, I asked them to provide me another chance to upload my documents so that I can complete the verification process. But they manually verified the my documents and I got my seller account back after 3-4 days.
