Online issue due to 2 devices

SO, here I m with a new forum.
Most of the time we sellers face the problem of response time and messages.
My myth or thoughts on that when you’re online from more than 2 applications like mobile and system, then you feel that kind of late responding issue.
When I sign out from one device I get a good response time.
