Query about withdrawing payments in the UK

This is a query for Fiverr Sellers in the UK.

I would prefer a direct bank transfer, but that is not available for UK sellers. There seems to be only 2 ways to withdraw your money if you are in the UK:

1. Paypal
2. Fiverr Revenue account

What are the fees for each of these methods ?
How long does each method take ?
