Paid for the order$150 was charged immediately, but the order has not been placed

Hi guys!

I got a custom $150 order, which I accepted. I got charged $157.50 from my credit card immediately but the order was not placed. It says I still have to pay $150.

Also, my credit card information disappeared somehow. So, if I want to approve the order again, I’ll have to enter my card number, which is odd since fiverr remembers my card. Can it be fraud?

You should contact customer support. I don’t think its a fraud
