From the Fiverr ToS:

Gigs and/or users may be removed by Fiverr from the Site for violations of these Terms of Service and/or our Community Standards, which may include (but are not limited to) the following violations and/or materials:

  • Services that extend beyond 30 days of service duration

Only exception is a milestone order. That your intended seller is breaking the ToS is not a good sign that they’ll respect you, your order, or your resources. These buyers have shared some tips, https://forum.fiverr.com/c/fiverr-vid/42
