I am a victim too brother, I got 2 cancellations last month due to such a fraud buyer and after that, I am finished. NO order. Gig down.
These kinds of buyers are very clever, first, they agree with a big amount and as a seller, we will be very happy and at the last moment of order, they just trying to find an excuse to anyhow cancel the order. And if you don’t agree to cancel, no problem, they have their best friend Fiverr customer support to cancel the order.

As has been stated on the Fiverr Forum for months now, CS is overwhelmed because of the influx of new buyers that joined the platform since the pandemic hit. I understand it is frustrating to know that it will take at least 10 days for an issue to be addressed.

However, it is a bit much to say the Customer Service workers are non-serious and the help they do give is trash is not true in my experience. Furthermore, when you say,

that is deplorable to say the least.

It is apparent you do not get it that the CS agent was so frazzled they called the seller by his buyer’s name. Although, I get why the OP laughed about that. It is best not to judge a person to severely unless you have been in their shoes.

Since my last comment was flagged too.

The CS replied me using the buyer’s name. LOL

2nd UPDATE - The CS threw all the allegations on me stating that I didn’t provide him complete order. (SEO service)

Which was not even discussed by the buyer and me.

This shows how biased the CS is and how careless they are.

To all those supporting fiverr CS on this thread and the person replying me to go in the shoes of the support person, Well, Thats his job to reply to the tickets been raised. If he/she will not reply it seriously I will comment on his/her’s ability.

Your support is not replying, its been 3 days and I have not received a proper response from your support team.

This is because Fiverr Support has been very busy since the COVID pandemic came about.

The number of sellers on Fiverr has doubled and even tripled in some niches as people worldwide looked for alternative ways to work. Currently, it is taking 10 days or more to receive a response from CS.

Also, it is not “your” support as in we the other members of the Fiverr Forum. It is support for all Fiverr users, yours and mine, and everyone else that uses the platform.

Same happended to me before 3 months ago. But we have nothing to do dear. We are dependent on it.

buyer who are new who don’t has any reviews then we should not work for him . We always work for that buyer who has already minimum 3 reviews

This does not suggest an ethical buyer. Sellers tend to give great reviews even if the experience with the buyer was bad because they want to be attractive to other buyers and may even want repeat business from the buyer or they are afraid of retribution if they write a bad review.

And all buyers are new buyers in the beginning. Doesn’t suggest they are scammers. And if you avoid new buyers you probably won’t make sales.

You are right but what about when a new buyer come place order n after deliver cancel order n you get warning . That mean you accept warning?

You can’t get a warning for incomplete work unless your work is incomplete.

Scammers are out there, it’s true, but you wouldn’t get a warning for that. It’s better to focus on things you can control than things you can’t.

We clearly saw what he wrote. And you can’t trust everything what people say, there are a lot of inconsistencies in his story and he is hiding a lot of things that came out only when we started asking questions.

And what @humanissocial meant that if you didn’t break rules and someone reported you then fiverr wouldn’t give you a warning just because someone said so. They will only give a warning when someone complained, fiverr checked it and indeed found you guilty in breaking rules.

No one receives a warning without breaking rules no matter who reported you.

This has to be changed.

If we stop selling as a sellers fiverr will definitely face a loss.

@donhopkin i feel your frustration when you put anything with your time and effort to deliver within the time frame given and at the end seller like us suffer which is not our own fault.

i think they should change how the system work which will protect buyers and sellers for a win win solutions, i read so much about this forum where some have success stories with customer

service but mostly failed customer service which almost a one sided rule with buyers without further investigation and not providing enough proof.

That is why i don’t care much about having a “LEVEL ENTITLEMENT” all i care is that i can provide the best with my service which suits my customer needs.

There are days i was victim with rampant rogue buyers, instead of dwelling on it as loss, i used that as a motivation and bounce back from it. I am more careful now with who i deal with. I know there are flaws in the system, as long as it is not overhauled for a win win solutions, then this issues will not be resolve.
