my client told me for stepup 2 payment method Zelle and cash app. and I told your there is no option for setup this payment method in your website. but Fiverr say this message out of his TOS.
would be there any problem in my account for this message?

I doubt it. They’re checking it because of the word “cash” in your message, and once they see that you didn’t ask the buyer to pay you outside of Fiverr, they’ll let the message go through.

Or the word “payment” (which gets an on-screen message if you type it in the inbox).
