Want to know about Portfolio site

hope you all are well, I want to know some information about the Fiverr gig description portfolio. recent my Flickr account doesn’t work.
now I want to use blogger.com as a portfolio site. is there any problem or against Fiverr TOS?
please share with me your experience.
