I was near to level one but couldn't reach this tag even after 6 months passed. I couldn't know what's the reason

I share my gig on social media and after almost one month I get a lot of orders in a week and I reach near to the level 1 seller.

After that I never get the orders in many oc the months even my one of the order got cancelled. My order completion rate goes less than 90% and I still couldn’t achieve level 1 tag. I don’t know what happens that after this I never recieve any order even 6 months passed now. I am not understanding the reason that what happens to my account.

I want you to provide me the suggestion please that what has happen to my account?
