Order Completion Rate Is Stuck!

Hey there! I was wondering if someone could help me. I’ve been taking orders and those orders are being marked as complete and rated but my completion rate is stuck at 90%. So yes, If someone can help me. I’ll really appreciate it! Thanks again and have a great day!

Hi, It is normal. You will need to complete many orders ( unknown number) to have your rate go by 1%. It happened to me to complete over 25 orders to get from 92 to 93. The fact is that 1 cancellation instantlymy rating went from 94 to 93… INSTANTLY! 🤒
