No sales? Something doesn't seem right

Guys, I have no idea why but something is terribly wrong with my conversations.
My performance is great and all of the KPI are in great shape. September was a record-breaking month and then…October had half as much and ZERO in November. This doesn’t look like an organic trend and this is really discouraging. Contacted Fiverr support numerous times, they claim that my account is indeed in great shape and do not have an answer to the phenomenon I encounter. Anything I need to know? What’s going on?
