Another seller is copying my work

First of all, I have a gig where I do forum posting here on fiverr, and I found out just today someone was copying my posts. I found out who the person is and I was wondering if I should report the user with the proof, or confront him and tell him to stop copying my posts? I consider it plagiarism, especially because I work a lot and when some guy comes in and just copies my posts and others posts, it gets on my nerves. Is there anything I can do to stop this guy? He’s pretty much stealing from me.

Well I hope Fiverr does something about it. A buyer told me how to find the user, didn’t reveal his/her name or anything, so I hope that’s not against any rules. I wont post it here as I’m sure it is against the rules. This guy has a gig where he does 100 posts too, and he probably just copies posts from other forums. The only thing he does is change names in posts, that’s it.

I was thinking about contacting the user, but I don’t want to get in any trouble either.

I am thinking about creating a forum, and buying his service and catching him in the act this way. I don’t mind wasting $5 to catch someone who’s technically stealing from me.

Does fiverr usually take a while to get back to users? I e-mailed them Friday I think it was, and I still have yet to receive a reply.

Yeah I contacted support on Friday. I have not gotten a reply yet. I didn’t put it under the copyright category, as I don’t know if Forum posting qualifies as copy written material, so I just chose general questions about fiverr. Usually they get back to me within a day or two. I’m just growing impatient because this buyer that’s stealing my posts is still getting sales and he/she could be using my posts.
