Got my first order but didn't get right amount of money

Hey everyone!

I just successfully completed my first order on my web development tutoring gig: https://www.fiverr.com/roeelevy1/teach-full-stack-development-8b76

The problem is the order was paid and after tax and fee the client paid 35 but I can withdraw only 28,
please help me understand why?

Fiverr takes 20% commission.
