I don’t get any customers for some reason

I don’t understand what is going on. I have been on here for a very long time but I barely get any messages from customers. Does anyone know what might be wrong? I am a scriptwriter and a creative writer but nothing keeps coming on here.

You don’t get messages because you have no active gigs. When you have no active gigs there’s no contact button and no way to order. You need to publish a gig/make one active if you want orders.

You have a gig but it’s on hold so it isn’t shown on your profile and it can’t be ordered.

You could check these links:

Just press “x” on top right corner and it will open a desktop view on your mobile. But still it’s not best experience to create / edit gig on mobile browser with desktop view.

Press the Up icon -> scroll right and press on “Request desktop site”

Though I think it would be better to use a PC.
