Asked seller for a revision she agreed and then gave me the cold shoulder

I hired someone to rig a 2-d model. the mouth was a bit off so i asked if she could redo it ( i even drew the new part) she agreed and said she even redo the rig to make it work better. its been 16 days and i haven’t heard anything back. i have sent her 3 different messages asking if it still getting worked on and so far no response. Im not sure what do from here. can i cancel?

You can certainly submit a cancellation request though the resolution center in the order page. Depending on how the seller responds to it, you have a few options after that.
