W9 tax form deadline missed

Hi
I was lately inactive on my profile and missed out the deadline for the w9 tax form, resulting in suspension of gigs.
I am not a US Citizen
Now when i try to submit the information, the screen strucks and i am unable to complete it.
Anyone faced similar issue? Moreover i can’t raise a request on the Customer support
Any help on this will be appreciated.
