Hello. I made a withdrawal from Fiverr on Payoneer on 17/10/2020. On Payoneer Dashboard It is showing that the amount has been held. I tried to contact their support and they are saying that I need to create a new Payoneer account and suggests me to contact Fiverr support in order to get the money back on Fiverr. Fiverr support is not giving me any hope. I need help, This is my first withdraw of almost 450$. How can I contact the Fiverr support agent to resolve this issue? Please help me, anyone.
