Need help! Can I use my Mom's Payoneer for getting paid?

Hey All.
I have a big problem, I’m a new seller on Fiverr. I have a Payoneer account but the username is not the same as my National id card. So I don’t use that on my Fiverr account. and most probably I can’t create a new Payoneer account…

now, can I use my mom’s Payoneer to get paid from Fiverr??
