Am i the only one who is having a hard time uploading gig photo?

I’ve been trying to upload gig photo for about 30 times now, no joke. I did the requirements of 370 pixel width and 550 height but kept getting an error message that says “the minimun requirement should be 370x550” please help

Try 1600 x 1076 px

Try 1100width and 740 height. I am hopeful there will be no problem

Not 370x550. It will be 550x370 or 1100x740.
