Funds are missing and delayed in clearance

Hello, i completed an order about a month ago and it shows as completed in orders sections but its revenue is not listed in my pending clearance menu. Also there is a fund which was supposed to be cleared on 31st october but it still havent its 2nd November i already raised a request against it but havent got any reply yet. Does anyone else is facing same issue? please let me know or help. m little worried. Thankyou
