The green light doesn't come on ever after being online

It has been 15 days since I opened a Fiverr account. Yesterday I cleared the cache file of my chrome browser. Later I log in again and enter the Fiverr account. But even after being online, the green light next to my profile picture does not light up.
Experienced help is sought …

Dear Tanvir often I’m face the same problem even though PC.But when refreshing the tab or Got the fiverr account sitting then mostly dark light convert into Green Light.

Click on your profile image and go settings. You will find the option to go offline or online. Change the setting and refresh your browser.
