Can’t send buyer request due to getting a bad review. How many five star reviews can I send again to the buyer request?

You should write your respond to that negative review so people can see your side of the story. You can not delete the review so it is good to write reply so future clients can see it.

Regarding BR, you have to get 4-8 orders with great ratings to get back the BR.

You have percentage in your dashboard.
