Allow comments from potential buyers

I’ve contacted a seller twice and have not heard back from him, and its been several weeks. He’s even flagged as a top-rated seller with an avg response time of 9 hours. I want to warn others not to waste their time on him, but it appears I don’t have access to post a comment.
