I’m willing to offer online lessons for the science field on Fiverr but I need to know using different categories in the same account will help to get my account down?

No, it won’t. Having different gigs under different categories won’t bring your main gig or account down, as long as all gigs obey Fiverr’s TOS and are unique; offering a true value for the customer.
