Withdrawal is initiated or in progress

I earned 16$ on Fiverr. And I have withdrawn 16$. (with PayPal) .But after a few days when I checked the withdrawal status in my Fiverr account, It shows withdrawal is initiated on 06 Sep 2020. also, I checked my email there is an email from Fiverr that says that your withdrawal is success. But still in my Fiverr account withdrawal status shows withdrawal is initiated (till now) and no money received in PayPal. I don’t know what to do.?
