Account hacked and all gigs deleted

Hi,

My account got hacked and hacker deleted all my gigs and also sent spam messages to my buyers. He also placed an order to a seller without any reason.

Is there any way I can get my gigs back?

Hi.

It’s sad that you’ve been hacked. We really can’t help you, and unfortunately, you won’t be able to backup your Gigs, unless you create them once again from scratch.

You can try to contact CS, but they will most likely not be able to help you neither.

Always make sure to enable 2FA to be more secured, and don’t show your password to anyone.

have you opened any suspicious files that a potential buyer sent ? Maybe an .exe file or .bat file or anything like that ? Some of them might look like pictures but they are actually executable files

I don’t know… but my main concern here is my Gigs… I had positive reviews on them and now they all are gone

Try submitting a ticket to CS regarding this. Hope they will give a broad information regarding your current issue.

But this is extremely bad situation.

Contact support,they will investigate… Not sure how can this be solved if the gigs are deleted though…

What is the meaning of 2FA ?

2FA means 2 factor authentication, It’s can be sms or email verification. when anyone will try to login your ac you will get a code by sms or email for login.

Fiverr support has reached out and temporarily disabled my account (for my own security).

They asked me about details, which I provided them.

Now again waiting for their reply.

Fiverr team was very cooperative and looked into the issue efficiently.

Fortunately they were able to recover my gigs. Really appreciate Fiverr CS.
