Decreasing Order Value or Pay Less than the Ordered Amount

Hi Everyone,

I’m a new seller in Fiverr. One of the buyer has approved some part of the ordered package and wish to pay less than the actual amount. We agreed to accept that amount but none of us can decrease the order amount and complete the order. Just to be precise that the package cost was $30 and the buyer agreed to pay $20 due to some issues in the work - we accepted it as it’s better option than a negative feedback.

But how we can do that? Any suggestion would be appreciated.

I don’t believe you can lower the price once the gig is booked. Unfortunately, the only way I know to accomplish this would be to cancel the $30 order and rebook with the $20 order. I know it’s not the best solution unfortunately.
