My account get restricted

I have got warning that i use rude behaviour and for that reason my account get restricted. As i havent use any rude words or threaten customer. He asked me to send him font i just told him that you can find it on google as i dont have that font. Is it against fiverr terms and conditions to recommend someone to get something from google if you dont have. Or is it rude to say customer that he can find it on google.

Am i unable to use my account again?
