Should be fine if you have a relationship with that seller and he is aware of it. If you’re sending clients to random sellers that have never spoken with you, then it’s kinda weird.

You can, but be aware that if that seller cannot or does not do a good job, it will reflect poorly on you.

I’ve done that several times before.
I offer translations here, but if the contents are too technical I can’t work on them.
There is another guy here on Fiverr who specializes in technical/business translations, so I usually recommend him.
I have exchanged messages with this guy in both languages, I trust this guy 🙂
