My gig doesn't appear in search now

Hello,
I have sent more requests to CS and I don’t got any help in my problem until now. I’m a level 2 seller and my gig doesn’t appear in search. And I have find in the search some seller without any levels and them gigs in the first page. Are this fair?

And Why some sellers don’t have any level and them in first page? Are this fair?

And you give them advantage because them don’t have any level, and I have level 2 and my gig doesn’t appear in search

“Gig positions are not permanent and can rotate daily.”

Also, new sellers get a very temporary boost.

It has happened to me before and it eventually sorts itself out. My advice, try stay calm and patient as best as possible (trust me, I know how it feels) the system gives everyone a fair rotation, its just part of the platform.
