I am Stroph
I had made payment and an error message came out. But when I check my bank account, I find that the amount has been deducted???
Which meant that I paid but order aren’t showing on my Fiverr?? nor has the provider been notified. I contacted the seller if my order appear on their orders list? but not yet !!!

More than 3 days and no response from Support !!!
Any idea Please?

Customer Support are extremely busy at present and can take up to 10 days or more to respond.

Hopefully they will respond sooner.
